The person transporting the patient on a wheelchair to the ward is not a ward boy, he is the Collector

The person helping the patient reach the ward in hospital is not a ward boy, but the Collector of the district, Mr. P.S. Dhruv. When the Collector Mr. Dhruv, while conducting surprise inspection in the Community Healthcare Center in Khadgawan on Friday, came across a lady Mrs. Dev Kunwar crying in pain, he couldn’t stop himself from presenting an example of humanity and sensitivity. The Collector himself transported the lady, aged 50 and a resident of Jaraundha, in a wheelchair to the hospital’s ward and gave instructions to the doctors for her proper medical treatment.
