Relishes the taste of traditional dishes including ‘thethri roti’ and ‘idhar sabzi’
Raipur 18 September 2022/ Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday partook lunch, sitting on the ground, at the house of a farmer Shri Gopichand Hirwani in village Jevartala falling under Gunderdehi assembly constituency of Balod district. He is on a visit to the district as a part of his mammoth public interaction drive–‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’.
Chief Minister was accorded a traditional welcome by the family members. Mr. Baghel relished the taste of rice grown in the farmer’s field. In addition, he also enjoyed ‘idhar sabzi’ made from urad dal and kochai leaves, tomato chutney, ‘moonga bhaji’, and ‘roti’ served in the meal.
While interacting with the family members, he thanked them for the delicious meal. He also gave his blessings to the children. Besides, he presented Saris and clothes as gifts to the female members and children of Gopichand’s family.
